Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen:
I’ve gathered you here today to tell you of a decision our CEO Tom
Orr made last week at the management offsite in Palm Springs. In
light of some recent happenings, rivalry from not just domestic but
also global competitors, and to reduce sharply rising costs, Mr. Orr
has decided that “we will use Project
Management to manage and deliver ALL our software products and
services.”
I’m sure many of you are thinking:

Why do I have to change? I’m doing just fine as I am.
Let me reassure you that in the next eight minutes I’ll answer these
three questions and give you a chance to ask additional questions at
the end of my briefing.
